Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our electronic heating systems

What is an Enail and how does it work?

An Enail is an electronic heating element used for vaporizing concentrates. It uses a PID controller box to send electricity to a heating coil, providing precise temperature control without the need for a butane torch.

How do I clean my heating coil?

Wait for the unit to cool completely. Use a cotton swab dipped in 90% isopropyl alcohol to wipe down the interior of the nail. For stubborn residue, a brief high-temperature burn-off cycle can be performed.

Are your Enails compatible with all glassware?

Our kits typically feature universal titanium or quartz nails that fit 10mm, 14mm, and 18mm male and female joints, ensuring compatibility with most standard water pipes.

What is the ideal temperature setting?

Most users prefer a range between 450°F and 600°F. Lower temperatures offer better flavor, while higher temperatures provide denser vapor clouds.

Is it safe to leave my Enail on all day?

While our units feature high-quality internal components, we recommend powering off the device when not in use to extend the lifespan of the heating coil and ensure home safety.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes, we stock individual heating coils, power cables, and quartz bangers should you need to replace a specific component of your kit.
